Terms of Service

SupplierHours ("the Service") is a platform where supplier organizations publish facility operating, receiving, and pickup schedules, and where shippers, carriers, and their systems consume that information via web pages, embeddable widgets, and an API. By creating an account or using an API key you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Account owners may invite team members and transfer ownership; actions taken by team members are the organization's responsibility.

Suppliers retain ownership of the facility information they publish. By publishing, you grant SupplierHours a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that information through the Service — including public facility pages, widgets, search engines, and API consumers — for the purpose of operating the Service. You can unpublish a facility's public page at any time from your dashboard; API availability of your data ends when your locations are deleted.

You are responsible for keeping your published hours accurate. Data not confirmed for 90 days is flagged as stale to consumers.

Facility hours are published and maintained by the suppliers themselves. SupplierHours does not independently verify them and makes no guarantee that any facility will be open, staffed, or able to receive or release freight at the published times. Operational decisions — dispatch, routing, appointment scheduling, driver hours — remain yours. SupplierHours is not liable for costs arising from reliance on published data, including detention, layover, missed appointments, or spoilage.

API access is governed by key scopes and rate limits for your tier. You may not share keys between organizations, resell raw Service data as a competing dataset, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the Service to build a substantially similar aggregation product. Cached copies of API responses must be refreshed at least daily.

Supplier accounts are free. Consumer API access is billed by subscription tier through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to affected customers.

No unlawful use, no attempts to breach or probe security, no publishing content you lack rights to, no interference with other users' access, and no automated scraping of the web interface (that's what the API is for).

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3-5 and 9-10 survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplierHours' total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SupplierHours is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
